Fees
AEIOU is a registered NDIS provider, and therapy-related fees are aligned to the delivery of evidence-based supports as stipulated in the NDIS Price Guide. This may be in small groups or as part of an individual session.
Therapy-related fees are most often funded through the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS), but some families choose to privately fund their support plans.
The NDIS can be complex to navigate, and if you have any questions our team can provide guidance.
Call our NDIS Support team on (07) 3320 7500 for advice.
Group Early Intervention
There are two fee components to our early intervention service model: therapy fees and childcare fees.
The service is delivered in two-day blocks, providing 2.5 hours of small group therapy each day, integrated into the childcare setting from 7am-5pm.
The therapy component can be covered either by the NDIS plan or privately, while the childcare component can be supported by the Child Care Subsidy (CCS).
Therapy fees for a two-day block, as of 1 July 2025:
- If billed per day: $210.60
- If billed per week: $421.20
- If billed per block: $5,054.40
- If billed per year: $20,217.60
Our billing follows a weekly cycle.
View the detailed breakdown in the Schedule of Fees document.
Childcare (before CCS), as of 1 July 2025:
- 10 hours: $149 per day
- 8 hours: $133.50 per day

Private therapy sessions can be funded either through NDIS plans or privately. Medicare rebates and private insurance claims might be available for some sessions.
